CAS in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Technology Ventures
The CAS in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Technology Ventures (CAS ELTV) is a part-time, 12-month programme designed to equip founders of technology start-ups and innovators within corporations with the entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills necessary to bring technological innovations to market and lead ventures toward value creation.

The CAS ELTV is designed for technology innovators aiming to sharpen their entrepreneurial mindset and leadership abilities. The programme focuses on the challenges of innovative and deep-tech ventures, such as complexity, uncertainty, and resource demands. Participants benefit from research-based education, peer learning, and interactive methods to develop business and leadership skills.
The core curriculum includes five knowledge modules: Entrepreneurial Strategies, Entrepreneurial Leadership & teams, Entrepreneurial Marketing & sales, New Venture Finance & Legal, and Business Models for Sustainability & Growth. Another central element in the programme is the leadership development track, in which participants explore the toolbox to lead innovative ventures and dive into personal branding. Finally, participants work on their own business project, guided by experienced industry mentors.
The programme includes a study trip which builds community and enhances transferable skills such as communication and negotiation.
CAS ELTV graduates strengthen their network in the Swiss technology ecosystem and are prepared for roles as founders, CEOs, innovation leaders, or strategists in both start-ups and established companies.
