Conditions of Participation

MTEC Day will take place on 28 March 2025. Please check the conditions of participation to see whether you are eligible to participate in the next graduation ceremony.  

Conditions of Participation   

The following criteria must be fulfilled by 24 January 2025:

  • Your learning agreement has been accepted
  • You have received a grade for your Master's thesis
  • You have made your degree request via myStudies

The following criteria must be fulfilled by 18 October 2024:

  • You have received a grade for your Master's thesis
  • You have made your degree request via myStudies

MTEC Day Registration

Formal registration is required to join the graduation ceremony. Eligible graduates will be invited by email. Please make sure to sign up on our mailing list to be included in the communication.
