Miriam works as project management officer in the Group for Sustainability and Technology (SusTec) at ETH Zurich. She joined SusTec in March 2023.
Before joining SusTec, Miriam studied neuroscience at the University of Cambridge and received her PhD in Alzheimer’s research from Imperial College London in 2017. While completing a post-doc at ETH Zurich, where she studied pathways of clearance from the brain, she began a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Research Management at the University of Bern, which she completed in 2022.
From 2022 to 2023, she was the scientific coordinator of the projects "Integrative Human Circadian Daylight Platform" (Uni Basel) and "Hochschulmedizin Zurich Flagship Project STRESS" (ETH Zurich and University of Zurich).
