Additional information
I am a doctoral student at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at ETH Zurich. I completed my B.Sc. in Psychology at the University Mainz and Université de Bordeaux, before specializing with a M.Sc. in Work and Organizational Psychology and a major in Cognitive and Decision Making Psychology at the University of Basel. During my studies, I worked as a student research intern at the Institute of Leadership and Human Resource Management, St. Gallen, and as a student research assistant at the Center for Decision Sciences, Basel, where I also conducted my Master’s thesis on the individual perception of situational characteristics of risky situations. I also gained pracitcal insights through positions in different areas, for instance as an intern recruiter (Danone Nutricia), as a working student in management diagnostics (Sourrisseaux Partners), or as a section leader of a high school student mentoring program (RYL). In my doctoral studies, I focus on perceptions of uncertainty at work and how people are able to self-regulate their experiences proactively, for instance through feedback seeking behavior, and how these processes affect individual learning and performance.
