Research area
The focus of my research is on climate change mitigation in Swiss agriculture. I use a mathematical programming approach based on bio-economic and agent-based models to assess the cost-efficiency and effectiveness of different economic instruments, such as taxation and market of tradable permits. Particularly, I analyze various scenarios, mitigation measures, and the role of farmers' behavioural factors and their social interactions.
