Research area

In my research, I experimentally train leaders' ability for adaptive behavior. This training is based on meta-cognitive strategies about flexibility, meaning the improvement of mental regulation. I measure the effects of this training in the lab and in the field, short- and long-term. To enhance the effectiveness of this training, I investigate the psychological and contextual mechanisms that affect a leader’s adaptive behavior.

Being a PhD-student at the Chair of Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) at ETH Zürich, I hold a BSc in Applied Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of Neuchâtel. During my BSc-studies, I spend one semester at the University of Barcelona as well as the Trinity College Dublin.

Before joining the TIM Group, I worked in management consulting and as a psychologist at the Swiss Department of Defense.
