Rafael graduated in a double degree program from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the Linköping Institute of Technology. Throughout his studies he passionately engaged in the student association LEAN to learn more about process improvements. In addition, his exchange studies at the Royal Institute of Technology and the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship provided him with great opportunities to obtain insights on innovation management and new business models. For his master`s thesis Rafael created a framework for a customer-driven Industry 4.0 transformation at the Robert Bosch GmbH.
