Challenge your leadership skills and join ELS for a unique learning opportunity together with Switzerland’s leading telecommunications company. Work on a real case study of strategy, technology and innovation in close collaboration with senior management and experts from Swisscom.
As part of ELS you will work together in teams on assignments from Swisscom’s Data, Analytics & AI Department. Working on topics like “Voice Bots” and “Algorithmic Fairness” you will both contribute to future-oriented projects and have an impact on their implementation.
The projects will require your analytical insights, creative solutions and strategic recommendations in the fields of technology, innovation, marketing, human resources and ethics. You will also receive briefings from senior management and experts, and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
At MTEC, you will be coached and supported by several professors – Torbjörn Netland, Stefano Brusoni, Stefan Feuerriegel, Georg von Krogh, and Pius Baschera – on topics including investigation, innovation, strategy and board presentation. The course is directed and organised by PD Dr. Zeynep Erden and Dr. Isabel Spicker as part of the MTEC Leadership Development Programme.
