Scientific Staff @ MTEC
The Association of Scientific Staff at D-MTEC (ScSt@MTEC) is the official representation of research assistants, doctoral students and scientific employees at the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics. Our mission is to support the scientific staff by organising events and actively contributing to departmental politics. We operate in close cooperation with AVETH, the association of scientific staff at ETH.
ScSt@MTEC organises the elections for the representatives in the departmental committees (Department Conference, Teaching Commission, and selection committees). Most of our board members serve as a representative in one of those committees and many representatives are also board members.
Besides politics, we also organise activities to support the social exchange among scientific staff. We usually host a Start-of-Semester-Apéro once a year and help organising the annual MTEC Christmas Apéro. You can find out about planned events here
