Women in Leadership
The goal of the Women in Leadership event series is to foster learning, inspiration and awareness – and provoke conversations that strengthen female leadership across the board. Female leaders from academia, international organizations, as well as the public and private sectors are invited to discuss the pivotal factors and moments of their leadership journey and share their experience with the ETH community.
Gender Biases
The Gender Biases workshops take place as part of the feMTEC event series Discussions on Gender Equality. With interactive segments and perspectives from both industry and academia, workshop participants are able to explore their own gender biases and learn about specific solutions. The first edition of this series took place in 2022 with focus on implicit association and the science behind gender biases. In 2023 the Gender Biases workshop focused on artificial intelligence and its role in both reinforcing and mitigating biases.

Future Ready Researchers
The flagship event Future Ready Researchers 2022, organized by the Doctoral Committee of DMTEC and the Scientific Staff Association of DMTEC, is focused on inspiring and guiding graduating PhDs and post-docs about their future career choices.
